A unique spiral groove. The whole point of the dog.
Traditional rail dogs are just round pins. They drop into a 20mm hole, register your guide rail, and that's it. SpiRail Dogs do the same job better. The unique spiral groove machined into the body of each dog gives you something to grab, something that tightens quickly when you twist, and something that releases just as fast when you're done. The result is better handling and a better user experience. It's a small design detail. It matters every time you pick one up.

Every dimensional accessory in the Dash-Board system depends on the rail being where you put it, and SpiRail Dogs are how that happens. They register on the Guide Rail Brackets for square crosscuts. They drop into Track Stars for full-sheet rips. They slip into the Wingman's milled slot for added crosscut and rip capacity. They also fit into slotted holes on Dash-Board and ShortCut bench tops.

SpiRail Dogs are machined from anodized aluminum with zinc-plated steel hardware, the same level of build quality as every other Dash-Board accessory. They don't deform under repeated use, they don't corrode in shop or job-site conditions, and they hold their fit with the bench's 20mm holes after years of being pulled in and out.
