In woodworking and cabinetmaking, accurate, reliable tooling is essential to any well-made project. If you use a track saw, there have historically been few options for managing its guide rail with precision and convenience. This is where the Dash-Board Guide Rail Bracket Set revolutionizes the game.

What is the Guide Rail Bracket Set?

Dash-Board's double-patented Guide Rail Brackets are the world's first and only side-mounted, pivoting guide rail hinge accessory. Built to be robust, accurate, and easy to use, the set includes both front and rear brackets. The brackets allow quick, simple installation of your track saw guide rail; slide it on and off in seconds, and attach it securely to the pivoting mechanism with our patented pressure bar and multiple knobs.

Unique Features of the Guide Rail Bracket Set

Man adjusting accessories on a bench

One of the standout features of this guide rail bracket set is its ability to allow a maximum cutting height of 74mm. The front bracket is designed to drop below table height when not in use, so it won't interfere with any workpieces you slide across the edge of the table when you're not cutting.

Also, its mounting holes are uniquely located to enable the rear bracket to become part of the fence on our benches, which supports workpieces close to the cut line and allows you to cut even short parts with confidence that they won't pivot. It's also thoughtfully designed to allow your guide rail to self-adjust into squareness with your fence and/or a grid of holes on your worktop without placing any strain on the rail - before you lock it in position. With this feature, the rail will always drop directly on the front bracket's locating pin, needing no sideways pressure from the user.

Configurations and Use

Whether you're using the Dash-Board bench system or looking for a direct replacement for the Festool MFT3 brackets, this Guide Rail Bracket Set fits perfectly. Its versatility and adaptability make it an essential tool for everyone who works with track saw guide rails.
